How it works?

1. Log your pickup in app

Browse our pickup services and choose what you need collected — menstrual, incontinence, infant, or institutional sanitary waste. Pick a date and time that works for you; no account setup or long forms required.

2. Sort with your color-coded bag

Each waste type has its own bag color, so there's no guesswork about what goes where: rose pink for menstrual waste, sage green for incontinence waste, sky blue for infant waste, tan/gold for mixed sanitary waste, and gray for institutional waste.

3. Set it out on pickup day

Seal your bag and leave it at the agreed collection point — your doorstep, building entrance, or designated bin area — by the scheduled time. No need to be home; our team handles the rest.

4. We collect and dispose responsibly

Our team collects your sealed bag and transports it for proper hygienic disposal, following health and safety guidelines every step of the way.

5. Rewards for your contribution

Every completed pickup earns you CleanCycle reward points, our way of saying thanks for helping keep sanitary waste out of general trash and disposed of the right way. Points are tracked automatically in your app account, no extra steps required.
