Points are earned only on completed pickups and stay valid as long as your account remains active. Points aren't transferable between accounts, except through the referral program. CleanCycle may update reward values or add new redemption options over time; members will always be notified of changes in the app.
CleanCycle Rewards
Every pickup you book with CleanCycle does more than get sanitary waste out of your home — it earns you something back. CleanCycle Rewards is our way of saying thank you for choosing proper, hygienic disposal over the general trash bin, turning every completed pickup into real savings on the next one.
How you earn points
Every pickup counts — Points are added automatically to your app account each time a scheduled pickup is completed. No codes to enter, no extra steps.
Welcome bonus — New accounts get a bonus after their very first completed pickup, just for getting started.
New category bonus — Book a pickup in a waste category you haven't used before — say, adding infant waste pickups to an existing menstrual waste subscription — and earn a bonus for expanding how you sort.
Referral bonus — Invite someone to CleanCycle. When their first pickup is completed, you both earn points.
How you redeem
Discount on your next pickup — Apply points toward a percentage off any upcoming pickup.
Free pickup — Save up enough points to redeem a fully free pickup, for any waste category you choose.
Member-only promotions — Unlock seasonal offers and referral promotions available exclusively to Rewards members, redeemable right in the app.
